Courses and workshops
Throughout the year we run a variety of workshops and courses; everything from specific ancient crafts and skills, to foraging days. In addition to this we can run one-to-one customized workshops, for you, or a small group of friends.
Choose from A huge range of skills; Flint knapping, glass knapping, cordage, fibrework and net making, pottery, bone and antler working, Plant ID, butchery, tanning, food preservation, clothing manufacture, shelter building carving and whittling with knives and/ or axes.
The Year course;
Living by nature
This course has already been run in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark for many years and we are really excited to bring it to the UK! Together with Adam Logan and Jamie Dakota we will be running this course from various sites in England. It covers a huge range of skills from 'traditional Bushcraft; ( knife and Axe work, shelter, food fire etc) to more specialised Ancient technology skills such as primitive pottery, bone and antler work, bark basketry, tanning and more!
The course runs over 10 packed weekends and a week long ' craft week' and culminates in an expedition to Sweden where you live as a Mesolithic tribe utilizing the tools, clothing and knowledge you've gained.
